"The property is nice overall and the appearance is lovely, so I disagree with a previous reviewer. It was not clear from the description that the cabin next door actually shares the amenities. We were not together, but they were in our backyard at the one shared fire pit, which was awkward. Main bed is not comfortable and it squeaks whenever somebody rolls over. I think with some minor improvements, it could be a great place to stay. "

"This was a cute little cottage. Had all the bare bone necessities. Wasn’t sure at first we were even in the right place, there isn’t a sign indicating where you were. Confusing. Went to get quarters and the money changer was empty. It was quite a steep hike down to the lake, so if you’re old you won’t be going up and down. But I do have to say it was peaceful."

"The description and the pictures are very misleading. We drove up walked in and left immediately! THERE IS NO A/C . When you stay in a home especially when it is 95 degrees outside it becomes a sauna. The entire place is so small. I could touch both walls standing in the middle of the room. The pictures of the lake are very misleading. its' a freaking swamp. Also there "boat" they offer was filled with water half sunk into the lank and covered in pond scum. Also not to mention you are one block...
