"The hotel rooms are clean but dated need new mattress the bed was not comfortable for me shoulder and sciatic leg got about three hours tops had to get in the chair. Staff was very nice. Lobby was clean."

"It took about 6 minutes to get hot water in Room 700 in the morning and the room when we came in was 67° and no matter what we did with the thermostat we could not get it to heat up. Finally we just turned the whole system off and it warmed up a little that way. I knew have a suggestion since this was supposed to be a handicapped accessible room. My wife and I are not handicapped but I thought if someone was it would be nice to have like an Alexa to turn the lights on and off. Just a thought."

"My husband works in Spartanburg for his job, we have stayed here three times. Nice room, don't really see anyone. I don't know if it's a hotel or apartments.... And you have to clean your own room. Besides that it's great no bug's!!! "
