"Good location. Beds are small. The king is not a true king sized bed. The indoor pool area needs work but it is indoors and open. The front desk staff is outstanding. Brook and Shakira (apologies if this is wrong but I know it began with an S) were both awesome during each of my stays. The hotel is nice and has a Ruth Chris steakhouse on site. "

"Clean hotel and very comfortable. However the service staff is not very helpful. Several times I approached the front desk to find no one was there. We went to the pool area which is nice, however the shelf where you are supposed to pick up clean pool towels was always empty. We were forced to use our bathroom towels. Afterwards I called the front desk to request more towels and instead of bringing them up to my room I had to go down and get them. These are basic things expected at any hotel....
