"The hotel was clean and comfortable. There were some stains on the ceiling in the bathroom; possibly mold but not sure. The fridge in the room made some noise, but not bad enough to complain about or lose sleep. Breakfast was quite good. Staff at front desk were friendly. Ample parking. "

"Customer service was outstanding. Super friendly and outgoing. The elevator was out of service, however we were on the 1st floor so that didnt affect us. Hotel was clean and the pool and hot tub were enjoyable. When they came to clean the rooms, they left the pizza boxes and beds didnt get made, (but maybe thats a thing now?)but always had fresh towels. I would definitely go back to this hotel if in the area again. "

"Motel was clean and employees were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback this particular time was the ice and snow in the parking lot and drop-off area, which hadn't been clean up very well from the night before. Not bad, just an inconvenience."

"We came for the Iola car show. This home was perfect for our stay. The host should take new pictures because it’s much nicer than we thought. The home is spacious and had everything we needed. The hair supplied a variety of food for breakfast and plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Our room was small but had enough space for us and our clothing. The 2 other couples we met that shared the house were kind and cordial. And there are 2 bathrooms in between the bedrooms. We didn’t hear anyone...

"We stayed in the hotel room. It had a nice kitchen and bathroom. No dishwasher so you are responsible to sterilize all the eating and cooking utensils before you leave. The sofa was the only place to sit other than at a table. The sofa was broken down and very uncomfortable to sit in and get out of. The bed was king size with 3 pillows and ok to sleep on. The bathroom was fixed up nicely. The area around the lodge needed a lot of work, paint, walkways (some closed), etc as well as the...
