"The cabin was very nice. It was a central location for visiting several waterfalls. We never cooked or grilled at the cabin so I can't comment on those but everything looked fine. It was a really quiet get-away."

"Keeping it short and simple-this place is perfect if you like secluded Door County getaways. Even better that it’s dog friendly…our pups ADORED the property! Easy five stars"

"Pictures are accurate. The kitchen needs a little updating but worked out just fine. Well stocked. If you're planning on staying here in the summer be weary of all the insects from the river. We were not able to use the firepit or the grill because there were too many flies everywhere. The property around the house can use a little cleaning/sprucing up. "

"The cottage was very nice on a beautiful lake. Lots of beds to choose from, two walk in showers and a tub. Great living room and decks that wrapped around the house. We visited many many local restaurant and bars and ate lots of delicious fish. Access to the lake is difficult. Only two of us were able to get down to it. That was my only disappointment. So no boating or swimming for us😢 with great food. Ate lots of delici"

"House was plenty big enough for our family and had all the amenities we needed. Liked the fact that the property had a path and level walk to the dock and that it had a spot to clean fish. The dock had a bench at the end which was nice for fishing around the dock. Thanks for allowing us to spend our vacation at your property. Thanks for "

"We had a wonderful time at the Whistling Turtle Chalet with our extended family. Plenty of space in nice clean rooms. Wonderful kitchen fully stocked, with beautiful rooms and grounds. Jenny was extremely communicative and helped with everything we needed or any questions we had. Such thoughtful accommodations and attention to detail. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to stay again!"

"Tive problemas com alergia, pois os quartos possuem carpete e provavelmente alguns deles estão com muitos ácaros. O staff do hotel foi gentil, entendeu meu problema. Tentaram me mudar para um quarto semelhante, mas o problema persistiu. Realizaram uma limpeza profunda, mas não adiantou. Até que enfim, me mudaram para um quarto maior e com maior luminosidade no 10 andar. Somente no quarto maior que minha alergia melhorou. Ponto de atenção aos alérgicos, verificar com antecedência sobre esse ponto. "
