"I used this space a temporary home while in Bend and working remotely. The condo was exactly what I needed for myself, and then for my husband when he joined me later in the week. For those that are sensitive to sounds, be aware that this is a ground floor unit. While it was bothersome at times for me because it did get to be overly "obnoxious" from time to time, overall I was okay with the fact that you could hear the tenants' upstairs movements because that's just part of the "condo style"...

"The sunrise view from the deck, the sound of the rushing river and this beautiful condo made this getaway full of great memories. We look forward to returning next October. The riverwalk is only a couple of hundred yards from the front door and a wonderful path leading to The Old Mill District. We had a delicious lunch at a Peruvian restaurant named Hola. "We needed to be in this location to be near other friends and family. Check-in could have been easier. At the registration office where we finally went for directions to the unit, we were told they had not been notified of our occupancy. We had to provide lots of info and forward our trip confirmation. The unit was fine except for a couple of burnt out light bulbs and only one dish towel."

"Phil is a great host! Arrived easily to this beautiful resort. Very easy to find and get access to parking/house. House was clean, tidy, and stocked with all needed items for our stay (dishes, games, coffee, etc.). Just a short distance to Old Mill District and to Mountain Bike/Hiking trails. Onsite facilities were nice to relax with pools, cafe, and entertainment area. Will definitely stay at this house again!"

"Loved the location and decor of this cute little condo. The trees around the unit provided privacy from neighbors. It was too cold to walk downtown, but definitely close enough to do so. On-site management was friendly and helpful. The only thing we did not enjoy was the old, uncomfortable mattress. Even so, we would stay here again. "
