"What a cute property for budget accommodations. It was bigger than I expected and loved the King bed and comfortable sheets. The full capacity washing machine and dryer were also a great bonus. "

"The house was clean. The outside table and children's playhouse not so much. The cushions on the basement couch were badly stained. These are observation not complaints. There was plenty of parking and the neighbors were friendly. Speedy replies from the owner. "

"This property was in a very clean, safe and nice neighborhood. The apartment was cozy and clean. Very good for 2 seniors with an excellent walk-in shower. Located on the first floor with just a few steps inside the building entrance. Very easy walk to the Metro. Wonderful restaurant (Otis@12) almost next door! "

"Stay was absolutely great! Perfect location for everthing we did (museum visits, dinner, brunch, conference, work). Host was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again. We gave a 4/5 for cleanliness because it is ant season and we noticed ants coming through the back door which was a bummer as it is in the second room so my friends bag was being attacked by ants. Not the host fault. "

"I booked the trip to celebrate an anniversary weekend away with my husband. The property came up through a Yelp review so I checked it out. I was impressed with the location, the detail to cleanliness, and the commitment to the environment. Once I booked the room, the innkeepers were very helpful in offering things to do and places to eat, as well as offering to help make our anniversary stay more memorable. "The location was perfect for our trip to Washington DC. Accommodations were nice and exactly as advertised. Hosts had great communication with us too."

"This was a great place to stay for a family meet-up in Washington DC. It’s on a nice street with friendly and diverse neighbors, near multiple grocery stores and restaurants. The unit is spacious and feels both fancy and comfortable. It has three levels with no bedrooms or bathrooms on the first floor, so be prepared for stairs (fine for my group, but would not be accessible for everyone). This place had really nice extra touches, like snacks on the counter and cold drinks in the fridge, nice...

"The location of this place is amazing! A ten minute walk gets you to the Supreme Court, the Capital, Eastern Market, and a metro station with easy access to the rest of the mall, monuments, and museums. The apartment itself is clean, well maintained, and well furnished. It is a surprising amount of space. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful when needed. We would stay here again!"
