"I looked at many properties on VRBO for our trip and ended up picking the Red Hook Villa. What a great pick!!! "Great place for our family- it is a rough driveway as noted - but we had a jeep as recommended and this was no problem at all!!! We loved seeing the neighborhood goats, donkeys and roosters!!! once on top of driveway at the house the views and breeze were fantastic!!! Great pool. Everything was awesome. Great check in - we had a lovely greeting gift of fresh salads -) relaxed environment we loved our trip!!!"

"This property was just perfect! The private pool and short walking distance from Sharkies and the grocery store was priceless. We enjoyed the beautiful drive to the beaches (Maho was the closest and our favorite) and the privacy the location and house allowed us to have. "The hosts, Gail and her husband Curlston, made our stay worth while. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 children, and we were very satisfied. Location, Location, Location, the property is located in Red Hook and very close to the beaches, the ferry, shopping and restaurants. The property has two levels, great for couples. All of our needs and concerns were handled quickly and professionally. I recommend this property and hope to return."

"This place was everything and more! Very roomy, clean, pool, all the amenities and a stunning overviews. On the down side the water pressure was extremely low, was hard to find, and the dryer was very loud. Other than that this was an amazing stay. We did not try to contact anyone but want them to know. "We had an awesome time in St. John, and. Poi Pu villa was in a great location. Only 5 mins to Cruz Bay, we explored all the surrounding neighborhoods on foot, gaining beautiful vantage points of the island around every corner. A few days of our week stay (July) were incredibly hot so the dipping pool and rooms with AC were key. "We celebrated our 15th anniversary and had a wonderful time. This villa is located on the more quieter side of the island with a little less places to visit versus Cruz Bay but we made a point to see and do everything we could! It is right off of a main road and easily accessible. You cannot beat the view from this villa and it’s located on a well paved road.
