"Fantastic time in Heathsville. House was beautiful and comfortable. Cozy beds and linens. Spacious rooms, all with beautiful water views. Private bay beach was heaven, even with chilly temperatures. Hosts were easily reached and accommodating. We had a concern with the stove and the hosts had a handyman there tontake cate or it within 10 minutes of contacting them. Hope we have the opportunity to stybat this property again."

"Fantastic. This was second time we’ve stayed here. Clean, roomy excellent location in heart of Reedville. Walking distance to museum, restaurants, ice cream shop, kids park, with boat dock on the property. Super comfortable. Owners were accommodating and thoughtful throughout the stay. "This was the most epic of summer trips. This lovely home, not a house a home, gave our family time to connect, unwind and enjoy the wonders of the bay. Even when the weather was not sunny beach weather, we loved the gathering spaces to play games and enjoy family time. Our hosts were lovely and when we met a neighbor and her lovely dogs they were just as lovely. Just heaven"

"Words can not describe the memories that were made at this beautiful home during the past week. The sunrises, sunsets, the conversations on the deck, the fun times on the water, having thanksgiving dinner in a beautiful dining room with incredible views, the list could go on. This is our second time staying here, and we can't recommend this house and owner, Peter, enough. An absolute pleasure to work with Peter and his family. Thank you for the memories!"

"This property is a wonderful property. The yard is excellent being fenced in and being able to take your fur baby. The house is spacious with a number of rooms, allowing people the opportunity to be by themselves or gather. You can walk to many places, including the museum and Twitter chats. It is a great little escape in a very small town that allows for privacy and also for you to be part of the community."

"My 2 granddaughters (ages 5 & 10) and I had a wonderful 4 day 3 night stay here. The cottage was so clean, had tons of both bathroom and kitchen items for us to use, kayaks, beach chairs and boogie boards for us to use, and the cottage is decorated so nicely with beachy-themed decor. Be mindful that it is small, but it is exactly how it is portrayed in the listing. Perfect for us. Just walk out the front door, across the yard, and you are on the private beach. "We had a lovely stay over Thanksgiving while visiting family in the area. The cottage came equipped with everything we needed. The location was so quiet and relaxing - beautiful water views where we could watch sunrise AND sunset ! A prefect retreat ! Very clean and comfortable - host gave very easy instructions for a worry free stay. We wil be back !"
