"My 2 granddaughters (ages 5 & 10) and I had a wonderful 4 day 3 night stay here. The cottage was so clean, had tons of both bathroom and kitchen items for us to use, kayaks, beach chairs and boogie boards for us to use, and the cottage is decorated so nicely with beachy-themed decor. Be mindful that it is small, but it is exactly how it is portrayed in the listing. Perfect for us. Just walk out the front door, across the yard, and you are on the private beach. "We enjoyed the house and location. The view of the water is nice and the common area upstairs was comfortable. We found the overall condition to be okay but could use some updating and stocking to better accommodate 12 people. We did not think it was very clean when we arrived. "

The kitchen has everything you would need - even popover pans! The owners were wonderful: when the kitchen faucet broke, they fixed it immediately.The private beach is lovely too - although we couldn't really use it that much given it was December. It would be great to come back in the summer."

"We had a chance to spend the weekend with our kids (age 18 and 20), and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The view was spectacular and the home was perfect. It was so peaceful and relaxing, yet there was so much to do—fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, ping-pong, darts, board games, the list goes on. Everyone had a fantastic time. The only problem is that were only there for three nights!"
