"Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Don't let the outside scare you. :) The outside looks a bit weathered and run down but I believe that's just what you get from being next to the ocean. The inside was very clean. We could have used more towels. Kitchen is stocked! The only negative is we couldn't use the garage. "The view from the windows is incredible. Even on overcast days, you see the ocean and the waves breaking on the beach. The apartment was immaculate. The kitchen is adequate for quick meals or one pot on a burner. The neighborhood is quiet. If you use public transportation a bus stop is only a couple of blocks away. "

"Stayed one night at the end of a tour of northern CA. Close to the beach and some good restaurants and breakfast places. Private little deck to watch the light fade over the bay with a beer or the complimentary bottle of wine. I would definitely recommend staying here"
