"A localização do hotel é muito boa, isso foi um grande ponto positivo. A limpeza do hotel era bem precária, já estava ciente que era apenas 1 vez por semana, mas quando chegamos no hotel, tinha cílios falsos grudados no armário do banheiro! Deu para perceber então que a limpeza não era boa. Passamos 3 semanas no hotel, e não lavaram a ducha do banheiro nenhuma vez. O apartamento é muito bom, espaço OK para 4 pessoas, porém o sofá só cabe 2. O hotel ainda está em reforma, mesmo sendo...

"The location for us was perfect and so close to many different food options and shopping. The hotel was quiet. The only thing is some items in the unit could be updated the dryer did not work, and could do with an update of the linen - pillows and the bed was not the greatest Overall a good place to stay if you want close to the hub in Fortitude Valley and the City. Also the staff were lovely "

"It's the first time I stay on The Oaks Charlotte Towers. It's clean, comfortable and it has a good location! The only issue is the internet access, that I think the wifi should be faster, unlimited and free in the room, or at least charged in the daily rate, so you don't have to pay an extra for it! This item apart, I strongly recommend it to everyone!"

"We had a 2-bedroom unit. Was clean, tidy and spacious with kitchen and laundry facilities. Plenty of options for eating right outside the hotel with restaurants and supermarkets. In a safe and quiet area. Parking is $15 a night wifi is free. The food markets are a 5-10min walk. "
