"We had a great weekend get away in Ellicottville. The fall festival was much bigger/busier than expected. Lots of crowds. The accommodation were nice and out of all of that but still a brisk walk down town. The inn and communing properties had plenty to do and the grounds were pretty this time of year. "

"Stayed in 304. Overall nice - could've been cleaner (shower, crumbs in drawers) and could've used some cups, shampoo, hand soap). Couldn't get wifi to work but TV had good selections. Common area nice with big TV and Fortnite Monopoly. Could also use more hooks for wet ski clothes. Beds comfy, easy parking and access to town. Thanks!!!"

"A perfect condo to stay at; close to Holiday Valley and Ellicottville. Only two of us stayed in the condo, but it was very spacious and could easily accommodate more. I loved that it was so close to town, and we loved walking into town each day. (although may not be as easy in the middle of winter) The condo is spacious and it appeared to have brand new furniture. "Every September or school lacrosse program comes to Ellicottville for their fall lacrosse festival. We needed a place to stay, kind of last minute, and this property was perfect. It was directly across the street from the Holiday Valley resort. This was in the perfect location for everything. The owners were very nice and easy to work with.Definitely recommend this property, and will be looking to return soon for ski season. Mike, from Rochester N.Y."

"This was the most elegant, beautiful cabin I’ve ever had the privilege of visiting. The cabin and its surroundings are pristine, and beautifully and delicately decorated. Not a single detail was left out and there are so many personal touches that added to the whimsy and tranquility of this beautiful place. The view of the lush green rolling hills paired with the impeccable, warm hospitality from the hosts made our stay something to remember. My only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer....
