"We had a church group attending a conference in the area. Most of us were up at the Renwick, but the guest house was a great inexpensive option for three extra bedrooms. The house is quaint and well kept. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little house on Campbell Island. Everything in the previous comments was true so I went in knowing and none of it bothered us because we were looking for a peaceful stay near the river and that's exactly what we got! Communication with host was great! Thank you!! We will be keeping this on our radar for the future. "

"I came to visit my parents for the holidays and get some quiet time to myself. It was such a great trip. I recommend coming back and staying again next year. It was perfect. "

"This was our second time staying here, as we have lots of family in the area, and we have already booked a third stay for the new year. The home is fully updated, compact yet spacious, clean, warm, and has every amenity you could ask for. The pristine yard is a huge bonus."

"We had a comfortable stay at the house. It was a good size for 2 adults and 2 dogs. We only needed the main floor. We never went upstairs. We used a borrowed baby gate to keep the dogs from exploring up there. Used the house baby gate at the kitchen steps to stop any basement explorations also. The shower had plenty of hot water. The heater worked great on those 30 degree and below days! A good location for shopping and restaurants. A couple FYIs: The driveway was tight for our full size SUV....

"The property was easy to find and check in/access was also easy. We loved the main floor layout-plenty of space for our family and multiple gathering options. The bedrooms were great and everyone slept comfortably. It was a quick 7 min drive to the family’s home we were visiting and easy access to the highway as well. Would definitely stay here again when we return to the area!"

"This property was everything that we were looking for. From the quiet neighborhood to the stunning sunset over the river, to the luxurious bathtub and cozy living room. Absolutely the perfect "home away from home". The owners were super communicative and helpful. We will absolutely be staying here again son! "

"The home was perfect for a girls weekend with three of us. The pictures were accurate. The kitchen was well stocked, everything worked well and lots of appliances. Hot tub was amazing! Beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. "

I arrived very late due to a flight delay and Lucy was particularly careful to be sure the area was well lit so I could see to get into the house. The property is not only clean and well stocked with coffee and snacks, it was delightfully decorated for the holidays. The Christmas decorations made us feel right at home"

The only caveat, was navigating around the sleeping area. It was difficult getting in and out an the bed, but the bed was comfortably "
