"WOW!!!! Fantastic apartments. Spotlessly clean. We had a ground floor 2bed apartment at the pool. We had 3 apartments. All spotless. Pool area clean and plenty of sunbeds (no sunbed wars!!). "Absolutely shocking apartment, no fans or air conditioning, no clean towels , even had to go out and buy toilet paper as it wasn’t replaced. Cleaners never made beds , I think all they did was to flick a mop around. Reception only open at odd hours , charged for safe , charged for Wi-Fi which was in and out all the time . "Arrived at apartments to a friendly welcome from the young female on reception and it continued with every other staff member especially the ladies who clean the apartments. Apartment cleaned almost everyday during our stay with yet another set of fresh towels (3rd set during our week's stay), the day before we left, a first for us in a self catering apartment. "I wish to make a strong complaint. The Parque Tropical was overbooked when we arrived on Sunday 20th November. Even though hotels.com had guaranteed my booking and I had paid in full. We picked Parque Tropical for its proximity to the shops, restaurants and the beach as per the info on your website.
