"So, I would like to write a very honest review , it is a tiny bit critical but overall very positive. The apartment itself is worn(out). A lot of trim and doors are painted black with a million chips. And the whole apartment needs a remodel/refinish. However, the location is spectacular! It is right on an absolutly gorgeous beach! Villa Marlin is surrounded by huge and super expensive hotels all up and down the same beach. The condo is much more reasonable than those hotels! There is a shopping...

The location was perfect and the view was amazing. "We really enjoyed the property, Beautiful view of the ocean you see Isla de Mujeres at a distance. Unit was big enough for a family of nine. The house was amazing on site maintenance people were great. The pool area, nice and clean. We enjoyed the kitchen, which had a lot of things we need, Washer and dryer, Access to Netflix. Plenty of towels and three restrooms is a must with a big family, The little restaurant located in front of the unit was great. There is a store located right in front....

"This is our second trip to Cancun. We have stayed both times at Oleo. The staff is very kind and responsive. Having the daily option of purchasing the all inclusive is a great feature. The resort is far enough away from the spring break crowd that you are able to relax and enjoy time away. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will come back again."

"We loved our stay! Loved everything about it. We had one issue with the toilet not filling up with water and they fixed it within 5 minutes! Had a small issue with internet and was fixed within 10 minutes! Great place to stay and it was amazing! We stayed in October and came back with the kids at the end of November. Our kids loved it! Ate at Mayan beach club a few times. Great food. Go to Chedraui and get some food or snacks. We absolutely loved the sunset view. "
