"Everything was good except the mattresses are super hard. Also it wasn't fun for my family that Provincetown was plum full of transvestite people and gay people"

"Lovely little spot just on the outskirts of Downtown Ptown. Very walkable/bikeable. Perfect for those who look for a clean and convenient spot to place their belongings and enjoy their daily outings. Would absolutely consider staying here again!"

"This place will not be here many more years, but it's spectacular now. You wake up to the sunrise coming right into your bed. You hear the ocean 24/7, the seagulls fly by at eye level. And the seals are swimming right next to the shore all day long putting on a show. It is all about location and I cannot imagine a better one. All that said, I do wish there had been a little more on the site regarding amenities. There is a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. There are nowhere enough coffee mugs...

"This is a well appointed, comfortable property with lots of amenities in a great area. Well stocked kitchen. Host is easy to communicate with and provides good information in the house. "

"Can’t really beat location. The bay, the sunsets and a quiet neighborhood are all fantastic. The openness of the home provides room for everyone and still makes you feel cozy. TV instructions would be nice. New chair pads for the furniture would make it comfortable. Great to have a washer and dryer. Fabulous to be able to bring my dog to such a beautiful area. We’ll be back."

"Love the location just outside the downtown Ptown situation but close enough to walk/bike to everything. Reasonable not exactly cozy but all the basics and exceptionally clean "

"The space was exactly what we wanted while staying in Ptown! The loft was well organized and clean. The location was wonderful for walking to and from restaurants, shops and the beach access. Would highly recommend!"

"Enjoyed a late summer visit. Neat place, only @12 minutes to PTown or Wellfleet and 10 min to ocean beaches. Comfortable place - lot of room inside. Rustic and charming with a very nice host ☺️"

"We've rented all sorts of properties in Wellfleet over the years, and this one is among the most attractive. The kayaks are very good to have, but you can use them only with high tide."

"This house was perfect for our family; my husband and I brought our two teen children, and each of them brought a friend. The house was nicely laid out, clean, and offered everything we needed to have a restful week on the cape. The beach (bay side) is just steps from the house and was beautiful. We were also able to bring our golden retriever, which made our vacation even nicer!"

"The house was perfect for 9 people with ample space, but a little dated. It had a "chalet in the Alps" vibe. The linens included are a big perk. However, the house did not provide beach chairs or a cooler which is lot to bring with one on vacation. The mature trees and nature on the back deck were lovely. However, I do NOT recommend renting through VACASA. *** The coffee maker was broken and we were forced to go out to fetch coffee for 9 people each morning. I texted the company many times for...

"It’s a beautiful spot overlooking the bay, conveniently located between Provincetown and Wellfleet. Watching the sunset every evening over the water was delightful. There is not a stove/oven so be prepared to cook on a portable induction plate and grill, which is fine but be prepared. I missed that point! Otherwise, great place."
