"We were the only guests at the time so not sure how the noise would be during peak season. Our end unit was lovey and spotlessly clean. .7 miles into PT. The sliding glass doors downstairs need work as they were almost impossible for us to open. Mini Splits were confusing to operate. The upstairs deck was an amazing place to sit and enjoy the expansive sea or watch the sunset. "

"Horrible: We rented this house for 3nights/4 days but left after the first night due to the bad air quality. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING, and the thermostat does not work. It was over 91° with extreme humidity. Our family had to SLEEP IN THE BASEMENT to keep cool & breathe. Only 2 window fans, and box fan provided. The WiFi never worked, so we used up all our data. "The property description was inaccurate. There is no dishwasher as described in the listing. The washer/dryer and grill were underhouse behind heavy garage door and down outdoor slope to access. Of particular concern was the state of the king and queen size beds. Both were extremely hard, with mattress springs that could be felt. Beds need replacing. Location is good, bathrooms good, layout suitable but cramped. Property was clean. Deck furnishings nicer then interior furnishings in...

"This is a great house, nice and large. it worked well for us as it has a bedroom and full bath on the main floor and there was concern about some of us going up and down stairs to the other bedrooms. Our stay was short, and we didn't do much cooking, so I cannot speak to how well stocked the kitchen is. There was an issue with the furnace when we first arrived, but the owner was very prompt with getting someone out to the house, and the heat was great after that."

"My first stay in Wellfleet. Have stayed in the Cape yearly for 60 years. Loved it. It’s quiet but close to Ptown and Orleans. The restaurants are the best on the cape. Our accommodation was clean with spectacular views. Already talking about next year. Property management was great. Had to relocate during the summer for a property with different room selections and they made the process easy with just an email. Great all around"
