"Clean hotel and very comfortable. However the service staff is not very helpful. Several times I approached the front desk to find no one was there. We went to the pool area which is nice, however the shelf where you are supposed to pick up clean pool towels was always empty. We were forced to use our bathroom towels. Afterwards I called the front desk to request more towels and instead of bringing them up to my room I had to go down and get them. These are basic things expected at any hotel....

"It's a good place to sleep. Staff was friendly. Room was adequate for sleeping purposes. It's not near much, so don't plan on going anywhere if you stay here. But for me, who just needed an inexpensive place to sleep, it was fine."

"Some of the reviews gave me pause, but we were very happy with our stay. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had ample supplies in the kitchen. Yes, there was not an overabundance of towels, but the ones provided were fluffy and you can bring extra if you like more than one per guest. There is plenty of closet storage to bring anything extra that you need. We would stay here again."

"This house is so beautifully decorated. The hosts had thought of everything and provided for everything we needed, even the towels for our pet. "We had the most perfect time with our stay. Victor is the best communicator I have seen in an owner. He responds immediately to your questions and he checks in with you to ensure you are pleased with the accommodations or to see if you need anything. Linens are new and essentials are provided.
