"The Reef Retreat setting is very nice and tranquil. The only drawback for us was our room was a top floor one. We had lots of suitcases due to our cruise before we disembarked in Cairns. "I've stayed in hotels around the World but I had the worst experience of my life in this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist asked me for my credit card to pay the total amount for the 3 nights. I immediately told her that I already paid upon reservation and she said I was right. When I left the hotel I have been charged the full amount once more!! This is definitely a fraudulent scheme since I clearly said that I had paid for the hotel earlier and the receptionist confirmed it....

Praia particular maravilhosa, funcionários prestativos e corteses, quartos espaçosos e confortáveis, restaurante com vista belíssima do mar, montanha e varios pássaros. Fica a 10min de Port Douglas, uma cidadezinha com uma bela Marina e com varias opções de restaurantes. Vale a pena alugar carro!! Recomendo e voltaria com certeza. "
