"I've stayed in hotels around the World but I had the worst experience of my life in this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist asked me for my credit card to pay the total amount for the 3 nights. I immediately told her that I already paid upon reservation and she said I was right. When I left the hotel I have been charged the full amount once more!! This is definitely a fraudulent scheme since I clearly said that I had paid for the hotel earlier and the receptionist confirmed it....

"Our visit was tranquil and very chilled which was exactly what we needed. The room, facilities, location and staff were all exceptional. For an adults only retreat, it was perfect. The food, breakfast lunch and dinner were next level amazing. Dinner was chefs kiss perfect. "

Situated on the Esplanade, handy for morning walks on the beach which is lovely, plus has an area with lifeguards for safe beach swimming. We were in the swimming pool multiple times a day. The gas BBQs and area are kept clean and stocked with handy condiments and paper towels. Plenty of parking and has the option to hire cars at the office (or on booking...

"The property could do with a bit of an upgrade. The walkways had broken tiles in several areas. The furniture didn’t match. The pool area is lovely and generally has a relaxing vibe. The pool bar is very accommodating. "
