"Mandala staff go above and beyond! They are truly the highlight of a stay here. So helpful and kind. All the little things are taken care of without you having to ask. Airport transfer - done. Room cleaned while having your spa service - done. The spa is also really nice and super relaxing. I highly encourage anyone staying here to take advantage of the spa. In loud, busy Boracay, Mandala is a small piece of quiet and tranquility. "

I travel a lot and this was the first time I saw a hotel prohibit taking food to the room. The service at the reception was also not very good. The times I had questions about things unrelated to the hotel (such as transportation, tours, etc.) they didn't know how to help me. That was bad. But, overall, the hotel has a great infrastructure."

No entorno tem muitas casas; ao entrar no hotel nota-se todo o cuidado com o jardim que é muito lindo. Fomos recepcionados com nosso nome na placa, e ficamos no quarto 2 no térreo. É bem silencioso, bem decorado, amplo e muito gostoso. O chuveiro é uma delicia, ar condicionado funciona bem e apesar de oscilar bastante, o Wi-Fi é bom. "It was a simple hotle. Furniture very simple, but it was ok. Clean rooms , with ac, minibar, hot shower, cable tv. It is not fancy, but its neas tge best beach (boat station 3)- calm beach, best restaurants (no buffet stressed-noisy restaurants with people invinting you to come in)
But the real good thing about this hotel is the Staff. Everybody is polite, nice, careful. I really would come back !!!"
"The location of the hotel is very central in station 2, A short walk from the beach and there’s a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, a special recommendation to nonnies and subo. The room is big and comfortable, showers are great, lovely pool area and the service is also fantastic. The gym is reasonably equipped. Breakfast is okay. Overall we had a very good experience, the only down point was the acquisition of some bug bytes around the pool are"
"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und empfehlen jeden hier her zu kommen. Was gibt es schöneres als mit Blick aufs Meer aufzuwachen? Das Hotel ist klein und direkt am Strand gelegen, und etwas weiter weg von den ganzen Verkäufern und dem sonstigen Tourigeschehen. Jedoch sind fußläufig die besten Bars und Restaurants zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.
