"It is spacious room and 2 double beds for a single traveller. Internet was fast, AC was great, The bathroom and toilet is seperate which I like, they allowed me to go for an early check in but have top pay P500+ (@12PM) The commute was not too bas as a staff called a tricycle for me,"

"I waited 3 hours to be able to get in the unit. The host did not communicated well with the security guards at the lobby for them to give me the key for the unit. We tried calling the host multiple times but nobody answered the calls. Finally, the head of the security stepped in and decided to let me in since I have the confirmation email. "

"We stayed here for close to three weeks and loved it. The Diniwid Road/Beach area is a hidden local gem on a very crowded island. The only unfortunate experience is with occasional brownouts and loud noises starting at 4am from a bunch of men squatting in a house next door"

"Sitio Uno is home away from home. My son and I stayed here for two weeks and we totally enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean and well-maintained. The swimming pool is an accessible R&R place. Filipino breakfast for each guest (rice with meat of your choice - chicken tocino, tapa or luncheon meat) with coffee.or iced tea is delivered to your room every morning. "Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Although some parts of the unit was dated like dining chairs, living room couch, wood flooring, I still think the accommodation was superb! Staff were very helpful and polite. Nothing was too difficult or too much to ask. Love the location, away from the busy areas. Truly a place to relax. Would go back in a heartbeat! "

"The stay was so great and amazing. The manager was super helpful and the staff was amazing! Definitely a quiet area at night which was amazing for relaxation. I only ever had one problem while being there that would stop me from going back. Highly recommend this rental! The whole process was easy and seamless:) Thank you so very much to the staff for working so hard and everything they did!"

"The hotel is very good (modern, large and well-equipped room, a huge pool and a great breakfast). The problem is that it is full of rules and restrictions. I travel a lot and this was the first time I saw a hotel prohibit taking food to the room. The service at the reception was also not very good. The times I had questions about things unrelated to the hotel (such as transportation, tours, etc.) they didn't know how to help me. That was bad. But, overall, the hotel has a great infrastructure."
