"The hotel is fine. Nothing special but there's nothing terribly wrong with it, but it would definitely benefit from a refresh. There's a convenience store right next door, it's close to the freeway and fast food options and it's cheaper than a lot of the other options. The staff was friendly and they have a waffle maker at breakfast At the end of the day, it was an affordable option for renting 3 rooms and I'd definitely stay there again."

"The property is amazing. Right on the river, had fun toys to use (kayaks, paddle boards, tubes). Very comfortable beds, plenty of couches for additional guests. Very responsive host. Very perfect experience overall. Kitchens were equipped with plenty of extra cups, cookware, and other good to have items. Lovely outdoor patio with plenty of seats. "

"This home was beyond perfect for our very large family to celebrate Christmas for a week!! It was truly perfect! This home was so beautifully furnished with so many extras and was so spacious so everyone felt so comfortable! The downstairs had many fun games a large tv area and pool table to name just a few!! Our family really enjoyed the hot tub especially after some of the braver ones decided to do a polar plunge in the river. The views were stunning, the kitchen was really nicely equipped,...

"This was our 4th stay at the river house and it’s really become a home away from home for us. Andrea and David are wonderful hosts. The house is in an amazing location right on the Spokane river with easy access for fishing and kayaking. The kids absolutely love the playground, frisbee golf, shuffleboard, etc. House has all the amenities and extras you would hope for. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Post Falls/Coeur d’Alene area! "
