"The house on the second floor was exactly as pictured with several thoughtful amenities that made our stay super comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their communication was top-notch from booking to checkout. We slept like babies thanks to the super comfy beds, and the pool was clean and so refreshing. The kayaks and fishing equipment were an awesome bonus and kept us happily entertained in the sunshine. Loved the waterfall! Couldn’t have asked for a better...

"We have stayed at the Gumprecht House several times and it is perfect for our family (18 months to 77!). The location is perfect, whether we are at the beach, out on the lake with our boat and wave runners, taking the kids to the very close park, playing pickle ball or strolling the streets of the lovely village. If not walking, our favorite mode of transportation is bicycling. The house is roomy and beautiful with 5 bedrooms and many sitting areas on the main floor. We shall be returning...

"This was a great house to stay at as we explored the Coeur d'Alene area. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable and our kids loved the loft area and games! They especially enjoyed playing table tennis. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a patio to hang out on in the evenings. Things to note: The road to the home is a one-lane gravel road with some pretty steep areas and drop offs (no guard rails). We rented a Nissan Rogue and did not have any...

"Sunday‐Thursday stay with 2 of the days at Silverwood. Plenty close to downtown but a super quiet neighborhood close to the Freeway.Our kids loved the video games (we don't have at our) so our 12,11,9,6 year olds were just introduced to Super Mario and Sonic The Hedgehog. Grill was nice and easy to use. Bathrooms and showers were nice and clean. AC worked great.Would stay here again. "

"The house was clean. The backyard had a 6 foot wooden fence that was perfect for the dog. It was what we needed. We live local and needed a place while our bathroom was remodeled. It had what we needed, was clean and is an older home just like ours, so it was like being home. We will stay here again."

"Thank you Jerry for the wonderful week. There was something for everyone to do. From the oldest to youngest, all got along super well and were busy from dawn to dusk. Playing in the water, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, etc. Your kitchen is super stocked with every gadget anyone would need. Don't ever sell your place it is truly a prime spot on CDA Lake! "The communication with the owner was great. There is a lot of space in each level of the home. The pool was amazing and big, like a hotel size, along with everything that went with the pool.They are still doing some upgrades, but other than that, very nice place and would stay there again. In fact, this was my sister's second time there. Thank you for your hospitality. "
