22 Oporto Guesthouse was born in 2017 to offer accommodation in the city of Porto
Located 800m from the historic center of Porto, next to the Faria GuimarĆ£es Metro station, it allows quick and easy access to the main sights of the city.
This private house, carefully decorated, was created for those who appreciate comfort and privacy combined with a warm and familiar atmosphere.
Completely refurbished, it has 4 bedrooms all with private bathroom, living and dining room, kitchen, garden and free WIFI network throughout the house.
All rooms feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and wardrobe. The private bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries.
Next to 22 Oporto Guesthouse there is a Portuguese food restaurant and a grocery store.
50 meters away is the Faria GuimarĆ£es Metro Station, 1 km from the SĆ£o Bento Railway Station and 10 km from Francisco SĆ” Carneiro Airport

Great stay in Porto

Extremely clean and comfortable space for 8 adults (4 couples). Great common/eating areas which accommodated all of us at one time (hard to find this at most properties)! Outdoor space was nice, but needs more lighting at night. Fernando was the best host, great communication and very responsive! Great location, just a short walk to the city center and metro stops near by. Short uber rides to most other places. Highly recommended!

First time in Porto

Our stay at Fernandoā€˜s place in Porto was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, Fernando went out of his way to make sure that our first family visit to Portugal was of the highest standards. The effort he put in to making sure that we were provided with information about the house, but also the beautiful city to which he was born and raised; was above expectations. The home had everything that we needed down to the smallest detail. The patio out back became our favourite place to hang out after dinner each night. Fernando is an incredible host and we would highly recommend him if you are planning on visiting Porto. Obrigado Fernando!

This is a perfect location for a family to stay and enjoy Porto and Fernando is an exceptional host. I let Fernando when we were arriving and he met us at the property to let us in and give us a complete tour and overview of the house. He also suggested local business and attractions that were worth visiting. The property had everything we needed to stay comfortably and it was very convenient to the metro and to downtown attractions. We would definitely stay here if we visit Porto again.

Perfect for our family trip

We had a lovely weekend staying at this property. There were six adults and one teenager so three generations. The house was very clean and Fernando met us at the house and because it had already been cleaned we got checked in early. He has spent a great deal of time preparing so much information to help his guests make the most of their stay. We had beautiful weather so we could take advantage of the outdoor garden at the rear of the house. The location is very good and we walked all around the city. There is no safe at the property and no washing machine but there is a laundrette close by if needed. There is a dishwasher which is handy. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery etc. We loved our stay at Fernandoā€™s house.

Lovely modern apartment

This apartment was just as described. It is absolutely lovely and well situated for an easy walk to the Douro River. Apartment was very clean and modern. Each room is beautifully decorated with lovely bedding and towels. Kitchen is well stocked and the host provided an exceptional welcome with details about Porto and amenities near the apartment. Would definitely plan to stay again with a large group.

This residence exceeded our expectations. Fernando was very helpful with the check in process as well helping with the parking space for our rental vehicle. The location was also awesome. Far enough away from the busy sections of the city but still within walking distance to all of the main attractions. Would highly recommend this residence.

Porto Perfect

We had a fabulous stay at Fernandoā€™s place in Porto. The place was very clean and accommodating with a separate bathroom in all 4 bedrooms. Fernando met us at check-in and prepared a great tour site we used frequently during our trip. The location was perfect as we could walk to everything. If anyone is visiting Porto, this is a great place to stay.

The best getaway spot ever

On top of Porto being a great getaway spot, this rental was probably the best that I have ever stayed at. A truly brilliant renovation to a building with 4 impeccable rooms each with an ensuite. A great kitchen and common area as well as a private backyard. Fernando was a great host who pointed out all of the area amenities within steps of the front door. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Gut erreichbar.Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, optisch ansprechend, groƟe KĆ¼che mit vielen Utensilien zum selbst Kochen. GrĆ¶ĆŸe Terrasse mit vielen Tischen/StĆ¼hlen. Kunstrasenbelag, fanden wir gut. Beton/Platten sieht ungemĆ¼tlich aus, im Sommer sicher zu heiƟ. Rasen kann man wegen des Klimas vergessen.Zu FuƟ ist das Stadtzentrum, einschlieƟlich FluƟ in 15-30 min erreichbar. Metro/Busstationen ganz nah.Im Winter ist die Heizsituation nur Ć¼ber die Klimaanlagen meiner Meinung nach, nicht so toll. Braucht lange zum ErwƤrmen, immer blƤst es um einen herum. Im Sommer ist man sicher froh, diese zu haben, aber ich mƶchte die Nachts nicht laufen haben. Die 3 spurige StraƟe wƤre mir viel zu laut, um nachts das Fenster zu ƶffnen. Das muss man wissen.Wir wĆ¼rden aber dennoch wieder kommen.BƤckerei und Tante Emma Laden je 100m entfernt. Auch sehr praktisch.

Fantastic Space

This pretty was the height of luxury! Our family of 7 fit perfectly. The beds were large and comfy and the bathrooms were big. The common room area was stunning and the entire place was super clean. We also enjoyed using a code instead of a key (easier with a family of 7 people). The terrace outside was also beautiful and a good place to relax with a glass of wine and play cards. The host was fantastic and responded quickly when we needed his assistance.

This full house rental (4 bedrooms, 4 baths) is conveniently located. Fernando, the host if amazing. He was there to greet us and give us lots of information to make our stay special. Lovely place

This was very close to many sites we chose to visit, close to a good market and many local restaurants. We walked most of the time but Ubers were very affordable. Fernando is a great host, property clean and well supplied, nice patio in back. Itā€™s on a busy street but windows and shutters effectively blocked the noise. Fernando was extremely helpful with great information on the city.

Fernando met us at check in to show us about the property. He was very professional as well as friendly. the property had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was quiet enough and walkable to every place we wanted to see. We were 7, coming from a family wedding in Lisbon and wanted to all be together with our 10-month baby with us. Great location for living like a local

Fernando was such a great host. He met us upon our arrival to make sure that we knew everything about this great house. We had three couples in our group, so the bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were perfect. We enjoyed gathering in the garden for a glass of wine before going out to dinner and for a glass of port afterwards. The location was great. We loved being in a neighborhood and close to local restaurants, but also just two blocks from the Metro, so that we could easily get down to the river and more touristy places. We are also fellow VRBO owners/managers, so we appreciated the great customer service that Fernando provided. He manages like we do with personal attention to all those little details.
