"Have never stayed at a place that hasn’t at least supplied towels for hands or showers. They had none. The bathroom floor is awful. Warped and uneven. Some bad water damage going on under there."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Porthcawl. The property was only a short walk from the beach but the location was quiet and clean. The flat itself was clean and tidy and had everything we needed although a few areas were looking a bit more tired than in the photos - the laminate flooring being the main one. We had a problem at check in but the helpful owner was on the other end of the phone to sort it for us, quickly and politely. A great few days at the seaside! We hope to come back soon."
