"The stay was great, nice pool and heated jacuzzi was amazing! Comfy beds, clean and cozy. The only reason I give 4 starts is that the checking in was a little complicated and confusing with the alarm system. But the host communicated perfectly and answers all the questions, the shower was broken too upon arrival and host was ready to fix everything asap.Thank you for the hospitality!"

"We came for an Expo at the Orlando Convention Center but also made a family vacation out of it. The location was amazing. Close to all the Disney Parks and not deep into the development. In the past we have stayed at locations that were so far into the neighborhood that it was easy to get lost. House had everything we needed. The kids spent all their free time in the pool. "

"This house was super duper clean, every toilet, shower, beds, floors!! We were 6 couples and we loved that we all had king beds, internet worked perfectly, the kitcgen was well stocked, garbage bags, dish liquid, and all appliances you need to make any meal.bathrooms had toiletries, pool temperature was ready for us to jump in when we arrived, and were able to enjoy our stay immediately. Location is perfect and a Publix in withn 2 miles."

"My expectations of the property were pretty high based on the pictures. I was blown away by the size and the cleanliness of the house. There were a total of 7 bedrooms. 4 of them had king size beds and the other three had multiple beds. The master bedroom was spacious with a big walk in tube there were a total of 5 bathrooms. "Our entire family of 9, including a 4 and 1 year old had a lovley 2 weeks at Palm Villa. We did have a little hiccup on our arrival with the lock code, but the owner Tyng sorted it out very quickly. She also very generously allowed us an extended check-out as a kind gesture.
