"Como grande parte dos hotéis, limpeza horrível, banheiro sujo, chão sujo, taxa de resort caríssimo para não se ter nada. Chuveiro ridículo, água sem força!! "

"O pior hotel que fiquei na vida. Não houve limpeza ou serviço de quarto em nenhum dia. Cama e cortina quebradas. Não recomendo a ninguém. "

"Recepção péssima, a atendente está sempre mal humorada e atende super mal e não da informações direito. Limpeza geral boa mas se olhar direito o sofá estava imundo e a piscina suja (poderia ter uma proteção enquanto não estiver sendo usada). Móveis velhos e quebrados. Camas ruim com colchões afundados. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando direito mas ligamos para a manutenção e consertaram. O problema é que se você não tiver um telefone e nem falar inglês, você fica sem atendimento. Só...

"This home is absolutely beautiful!! The layout is family friendly. We had some minor issues unknowingly to the house owner that were dealt with immediately. My family really appreciated the sense of urgency. Other than that, we had a blast cooking, singing, sleeping, and playing the games in the harry potter garage. Thank you for providing a warm environment. We will definitely come back to stay again!!"
