Child safe white sandy Beach 14 meters from your door. Catch crabs or fish and enjoy the natural pristine environment.

The town has two restaurants, two delis , iga, two pubs with bottle shop, bakery, service station and visitor information center. A two million dollar boat ramp and great fishing.

Spoil your loved ones and create your memories... As we have for many years with our family.

SLEEPS 6 - 1 QUEEN, 2 KING SINGLES AND 2 SINGLES IN THE THIRD BEDROOM

plus boat park out front on wide foot path for your use.

Brand NEW Ducted Air Con and additional split system for heat and cool in main living room

Plasma Tele plus DVD and blue ray player. Bring your external hard drive to plug in movies.
Hot spot from your phone for internet access.

Smart tv can be hotspot to your mobile for Netflix and other streaming services.

Lounge and main bedroom look out onto the beachfront just 14 metres away

Lovely front lawn with Pine tree for shade. Enjoy the sunset as dusk arrives.

Electric Blankets

Pillows and doonas are supplied for all beds... Just bring your sheets 1 queen, 2 king singles and 2 single sets of sheets and if you have a favorite pillow!

Our caretaker will open up for you and clean after you depart. Keys will be in the secret spot , when you arrive. The spot will be advised once booking confirmed. Put them back in the same spot when you leave.

1.Check in time is from 2.00pm unless prior arrangements have been made.

2.Check out time is 11.00am unless prior arrangements have been made

3.Rubbish Bin pick up is early Monday morning so you will need to put the bin out the night before. If you are checking out on the Sunday, please put the red lidded bin out to the curb side for collection.

Cleaning: Your cleaner has been arranged, so please remove all rubbish (into red lidded bin), any recycling (into yellow lidded bin), any green waste (into green lidded bin) and leave the house tidy.

Ducted Air Conditioning: The controls are located above the electricity power box in the foyer.

UPON LEAVING

1.Check the fridge and remove all personal food items.

2.Lock all doors and windows

3.Leave keys back in the secret spot where you found them.

4.Drive safely and we hope to see you again!

Owner needs to review his don't forget to bring list which I thought for the price was a little unusual as it included bring your own toilet paper! As it turned out most of the items including the toilet paper were supplied. Would making packing a little less burdensome. Very good position and comfortable.

have stayed there before allways nice and tidy, like the new parking area. there was room for the dinghy. very relaxing. might be time to upgrade the quilts. we lost out dog just prior to the trip, and they were very understanding and refunded the extra charge for pet cleaning.

Peaceful Paradise
Had a fantastic few days away over the long weekend at this quiet little piece of Port Broughton paradise. Such a relaxing spot, with beautiful views. Huge thanks to David for being a great host. Always important to be able to take our doggo who loved every minute of her holiday at the beach. We will definitely be back! Thankyou.

Holiday at the Beach Shack in Port Broughton
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Shack in Port Broughton. It was clean and comfortable but, most importantly for us, it was pet friendly. In addition, the air conditioner was very efficient and the Internet also worked well. An ideal place for someone wanting to do some fishing. The beach was right on the doorstep but, unfortunately, it is not a swimmer’s beach.

A lovely holiday in Port Broughton
This is a lovely place for a holiday in Port Broughton. Situated on the beach front, it has wonderful views of the sea and the sunsets. The house is clean, well equipped and conveniently laid out. It is within walking distance of the shops, pub and golf course. The host was friendly and helpful. We would happily stay here again. Thank you.

Amazing location with outstanding views, very comfortable with all house amenities. Bbq, kitchen, bathroom all updated. Very homely. Really want to thank David he has made our holiday super easy and his place is beautiful.

Week-End by the sea
Thanks guys for a great weekend, Property had great facilities with good heating, comfy lounge and great spa bath. best outlook along the Port Broughton coast. You can sit in the comfy outside lounge on the veranda and enjoy the sea or from the outside dinning table and enjoy the sea or from the lush back lawn and enjoy the sea or step down onto the sand and enjoy the sea. Yes we enjoyed the beautiful outlook. Every thing was well documented via emails and I was able to get their on Friday night easily without having to think to much about it after a busy week and just relax. Nice and simple making it easy to enjoy a hassle free weekend in a lovely surrounding.
