Ein Check-in-Vorgang war praktisch nicht vorhanden, wenn uns die anwesenden Reinigungskräfte nicht zu einem Schlüssel verholfen hätten, ständen wir jetzt noch dort. Keinerlei Hinweise per Mail o.Ä. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur beschränkte sich auf ein Mail zwei Tage vor Abfahrt. Mehrmals Versuche, dort anzurufen, scheiterten. Ob das Appartement über WLAN verfügt, wissen wir nicht. "The location is great! The check in was one hour later than stated so we had to hang around the hotel opposite for a couple of hours with our luggage. Also, it was difficult to communicate with the host as there was no English. The second bedroom is small and really only suitable for children. The host was very kind to allow us a late check out. TV did not work so we could not get Apple TV or Netflix working. Overall ok but could have been better."
