"Es war ein Traum! Das Personal ist Zucker! So etwas herzliches, freundliches, hilfsbereites und kompetentes haben wir selten erlebt! Das Frühstück ist der Wahnsinn - tolle Auswahl, regional, frisch und überaus lecker! Auch die Zimmer sind toll - stilvoll, sauber, modern, groß genug um auch alle Koffer unterzubringen und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten rundum eine wunderschöne Zeit im La Prometida Hotel! :) "
"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Eric und sein Team waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Besonders beeindruckend war der Garten, in dem es ein eigenes Faultier gibt. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets bereit, uns zu helfen, das Faultier zu finden und zu beobachten – ein echtes Highlight!

"Hotel novo, de luxo, que faz a diferença no roots de Puerto Viejo! Arquitetura e decoração impecáveis! Piscina belíssima, quarto espaçoso, cama e lençóis de alto nível! Wellcome drink bem feito! Ótimos chuveiro e café da manhã! Só não daremos nota DEZ ao hotel pela falta de iniciativa de ajuda com malas, em se tratando de duas mulheres em estabelecimento desse nível! "

If you are going to arrive after 8pm, u must advise the staff, because there s no one in the front desk after that time.
