"My husband and I stayed 5 days at Casa Verde. We had a very relaxing time there. The town is very small and everything is in walking distance. However, if you get a lot at the bigger grocery store, you might want to ask for them to deliver it for you. The beach is very close by. "Eric & Sharon were lovely. They have built an incredible property. The villas are absolutely perfect. We truly enjoyed learning about all of the plants and animals on their property. They have two beautiful dogs, 6 cats, and a resident sloth named Pearl. Breakfast is delicious. The "secret path" to the beach is delightful. Several of Eric's recommendations were spot on! "We really enjoyed our stay in Cahuita. The property is unique , clean and comfortable. Loved the pool. The location is great, walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and Cahuita National park, oops cannot forget the ice cream shop too. Kitchen could use a few small things and maybe a toaster but no big deal. Doris is a pleasure to deal with, had problem with internet on arrival and she had it fixed by next day. Overall exceeded our expectations."

"We loved our stay here for 2 weeks! The property is incredibly well maintained, and the hosts and property managers are fabulous. The pool cabana is a highlight and the closest beach is almost private. Because you are in the jungle, you need to be okay with all the creatures that come with it. That being said, the kids loved spotting all the wildlife! "

"We spent 5 days in october 24 as a family in the happy house. The location in the dschungel close to the beach is just perfekt. The beach is very quiet and sandy. About the best we saw on the carribean side. The house itself is very nice especially the big terrace facing the nice garden where we saw lot of monkeys. Steve was a very helpfuf host. We would love to come back."
