"Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! "

"The apartment was much better than i thought for a 2*, it was clearly 3*+ The place was spacious and clean, the pool was great and the ambiance relaxing. The check in process was long though and only one staff member one the sink a little blocked. But overall a comfortable 4* experience for the stay."

"Lovely little place to stay, location is excellent. Staff were lovely and place was spotless. Could be doing with some updating but that does not take anything away from this little gem. "

"It was sad that there was no a remote controler to watch TV and no free Wi-Fi. There was also no shampoo, conditioner or body balm in the bathroom. The shower head didn’t have a stand and was spraying all over the floors snd walls, no option to have a bath because bath tap didn't work. "

"Existe 2 Beverly Hills(club e heights) no site não explica isso. O meu transfer me deixou cheia de malas na portaria do club e não era esse tive que ir a pé cheia de malas subindo ladeira até outra portaria.Pessimo. Falta de informação e estrutura para recepcionar o hóspede. O quarto de 2 suítes e grande e muito bom. O heights e silencioso e tranquilo. O club e muito barulhento e movimentado. Ducha e cama razoável sem muito conforto. O café tem que ir ao Club, sobe e desce ladeira. Mas é farto e...

"Great hotel. Breakfast is great with good food and lots of options. Restaurants are around the corner. Kamilla's cafe underneath the hotel has great sandwiches and barraquitos"

"Brilliant place! Can't wait to return"

"Have been going to Ona El Marques for a number of years now. Lovely complex and have recently had some refurbishments such as new restaurant and reception area. Gives the complex a much fresher and modern look. The apartments are nice but are in need up some updating,especially the bathrooms, would be nice to have walk in shower. However we thoroughly enjoy our stay each year. "

"Friendly welcome by security staff as reception was closed before our late arrival. Room excelled and all staff encountered were friendly and professional. Hope to return soon."

"Great range of food on half board. Friendly staff. Great for children including daily kids club. Umbrella for balcony seems to be reserved for those with medical need so more umbrellas please!"

"I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the conditions of the room I am staying in. Unfortunately, I have noticed the presence of cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the spring mattress is quite uncomfortable and does not meet quality expectations. Overall, the room is far below the expected standard, especially considering the daily rate being charged. I hope these issues are addressed urgently and that the hotel takes the necessary steps to ensure a clean, comfortable environment that aligns with the price."
