"The property didn’t look like the pictures. It felt very dirty and was in poor condition. There were only blinds for one window, so the inside of the entire apartment is completely visible from the outside. Lack of privacy. The stove and oven didn’twork and the washing machine didn’t wash your clothes properly at all. However, we stayed for a longer period of time, so if you’re looking for a short stay it wouldn’t be as bad because location is wonderful. Only steps away from the beach and...

"Lovely, quiet apartment in a very central location. Well equipped with a balcony and very secure. Beautiful moat pool with plenty of sunbeds in a very well kept complex. We had a very comfortable stay. We have stayed here a number of times before and will do so again. "

"The apartment is, in one word, great! It is located in Playa de las Americas, 1 minute from several nice restaurants, a 5-minute walk from the boulevard and it is within walking distance of "the strip".Despite this central location, there is hardly any noise pollution and that is really nice.The fantastic roof terrace has sun from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (we were there at the end of December) and there are sunbeds and good, large parasols. It is really lovely there!Parking was also no problem, there...

"It was sad that there was no a remote controler to watch TV and no free Wi-Fi. There was also no shampoo, conditioner or body balm in the bathroom. The shower head didn’t have a stand and was spraying all over the floors snd walls, no option to have a bath because bath tap didn't work. "

"I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the conditions of the room I am staying in. Unfortunately, I have noticed the presence of cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the spring mattress is quite uncomfortable and does not meet quality expectations. Overall, the room is far below the expected standard, especially considering the daily rate being charged. I hope these issues are addressed urgently and that the hotel takes the necessary steps to ensure a clean, comfortable environment that aligns with the price."
