It was just my wife and I so we closed the guest bedroom doors so our dogs wouldn’t go in them but the property was very clean and we were given plenty of supplies, pool was amazing and there was beautiful back yard for us to hang out in and with our dogs. "The property was very clean and the houses are very well maintained. The swimming pool was not operational. The road into the property is horrible they need to work on paving the entrance. The check in didn't go well we arrived after 5:30 pm and the office was closed and there was some difficulties getting checked in but eventually they got it straight. "I really enjoyed the views of my stay and the location is perfect for everything in the Charlotte area. I also really loved the modernist of the apartment and all the accessories that came with it, me and my partner really didnt have to go any where to have a good time in a luxury stay. "Such a wonderful weekend on the water! Conveniently close to Charlotte for short commutes from the city and airport. Bob has done a wonderful job with the design and the home was clean and beautiful. 5 of us stayed the weekend and a couple local friends came to enjoy the day with us and go out on the Pontoon. Plenty of room for a good sized group and nice to have Bob nearby if we needed anything. Would love to come back. "
