"Amazing villa, by far the best we have stayed at. Spotlessly clean with every amenity we could have wished for. We enjoyed the huge shaded area which was perfect for chilling with a book or drying off after a swim. The local beach is very small but great for a swim or a snorkel. The directions to the villa were great and kept us off the rough tracks which a sat nav can take you via. We enjoyed the taverna at Avithos beach which has great food and lovely views. We definitely hope to return!"

"Wir haben uns in der Vila Nina von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Check In ging schnell von statten, der Vermieter Spiros und sein Bruder haben uns überaus herzlich empfangen. "We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lliladi. The views from the villa across to Ithaca were stunning and the property itself was immaculate. Makis and his wife who were the housekeepers living downstairs couldn’t do too much for us. They helped with everything and any small issues were solved in an instant! "Tivemos problema no primeiro dia com o ar condicionado. Na noite o colchão tinha algumas molas soltas, ruim. A limpeza foi falha, não lavou copo que deixamos sujo. Em um dos dias, não houve limpeza do quarto, somente trocaram toalhas e estenderam o lençol. A localização é boa, mas pegamos um quarto que na internet mostrava foto que teria uma privacidade muito maior na varanda frente mar, que não existe, pois o quarto que nos foi dado (assim como outros) era no térreo e sua varanda é passagem...

"O hotel é bem localizado e possui boa estrutura. Porém, os servicos sao precários e deficientes. Seja na limpeza dos quartos, troca de toalhas e serviços de bar na piscina. Cafe da manhã, oferecido a parte, tambem mereceria melhora na qualidade do suco de frutas, artificial, presunto, queijo e pães. Em resumo, nos pareceu que falta uma gerência/administração mais eficiente do hotel."

"This was our 2nd stay in Villa Varkoula. It’s a simple but lovely villa, with pool and great views of hills. Very peaceful. A joy to watch the swallows/swifts dipping down to sip from the swimming pool, a few sightings of an eagle and cute bats in the evening. A car is essential, but the town of Lixouri and several lovely and not too busy beaches are all within a short drive. Perfect for a quiet getaway or as a base to explore the wonderful island of the Kephalonia."

"Beautiful Villa , so peaceful, as beautiful inside as out!! It’s a bit far to walk to any tavernas ( about 30 mins , ok if your fit as bit of uphill treck , Fiscardo is 5 mins in a car ) would definitely return.. ( just be aware the mosquitos are savage!! 😂 )"
