"Our family really enjoyed our time here. We were only a quick 8 minute drive to Agia Effimia which has everything you could want to shop for food and quaint Tavernas for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can rent boats, mopeds and bikes nearby. The house was fully equipped and the manager was great and very responsive. We were lucky it wasn’t too hot with the home only having AC upstairs and the two bedrooms downstairs would’ve been stuffy but this wasn’t the case for us as we had a bit of rain....

"Mooi verzorgd huis op een prachtige plek. Het zwembad is echt een pareltje. De aankomst was prima geregeld met de sleutel in de lockbox en met ( onverwachts!) heerlijke dingen in de koelkast, wat een verwennerij!!! We hebben genoten van de stranden, de zee, het huis, het uitzicht en Kefalonia, zo'n mooi groen eiland. We hadden prachtig weer: zonnig met een windje. Kortom een topvakantie!"

"I cannot begin to tell just how much we enjoyed our stay on this property. Everything was perfect. The managers were the best. Very helpful and graciously accommodating. They even set up a welcome package of local foods and kitchen items. I also have a special appreciation for design and decor - and this home was set up perfectly. The finishes made me want to mimic the look back at my own home. Inside and out - we loved every bit of it. I would highly recommend you consider this property...

"We loved the location of this villa. The views are stunning and so much space outside to sit in shade or sun and watch the sky and sea. Walking to the local village for coffee, cake and shopping was easy. We did not want to hire a care and contacting a local taxi company was easy on days we wanted to travel further afield. We will hopefully return 2025. Very happy place to stay."

"We’ve always wanted to stay in Aqua apartments on our last 4 visits to Assos. September 2017 we finally had a chance to rent Pefko. It was a great stay and we genuinely felt at home. The apartment is clean, well furnished and in a perfect location. The cleaning lady, Sultana, is super gentle and helped us with a last minute request for an extra crib for one of our babies. Pefko is perfect for a family of four - we have twins. We also managed to have the grandparents staying for a short visit....

"Very pleasant stay in a big, beautiful house in a big garden with a lovely view over the gardens and the sea. Very quiet although close to shops and restaurants. We recommend the taverna "Stavros", very good food to small prices with a very friendly family running it. The house is perfectly equipped. Very friendly and discrete owners living downstairs. 5 minutes to the beach by car, about 20 minutes walk down a steep hill. Car recommended"

"The Bay Pearl has just been renovated and has a great location for a family holiday. It's close to the shops and tavernas of Agia Efimia as well as some great beaches in Kefalonia. The host mentioned in an early communication that they wanted to make our stay as pleasant as possible and we've come away knowing this was not an empty promise. They simply couldn't do enough whether through equiping the property, providing advice about the surroundings or telling us about how to make homemade...

"Our family of 4 spent a week here. It is just perfect. Beautiful views, gorgeous house with super comfy beds and lots of outdoor seating. The pool was so lovely on the hot days of August. There’s a nice breeze most of the time bc the house is up high. You do need a car here and the directions given by the host were very accurate. Fiscardo is about 15 minutes from the house, only bc you can’t drive fast on the narrow roads. There’s many beaches near by, too. Stay at Villa Mystic and create...
