"John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. "The hotel is located in a beautiful original old monastery with excellent rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day. "Nice house in Tuscany Style with amazing location on a mountain. Really great pool and generous space for 4-6 persons. Great area with many nice locations like Assissi, Pienza, Siena, Cortona etc. We would not book this house again because of too many horsefly insects at the Pool and mosquitos in the house. Also missing aircondition leads to too high temperature especially at nights. Really nice house with small deficits."

"We had a very happy stay at this house in the country with our two friends. It is ideally located within an hour’s drive of interesting sites and historic towns. The place and its surroundings allowed us a restful and pleasant respite from our busier daytrips. The house was comfortable, beds were very good and the garden provided a peaceful setting with a choice of sitting and lounging areas.
