This 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2,100+ square foot free standing home has newly been renovated, remodeled, and impeccably furnished. The property is furnished with 3 Queen size beds & a set of bunks, twin-over-full for the kids. The backyard features a 6-seater hot tub, pergola with fire pit (seats 6), an outdoor covered dining area and table, 5 poolside loungers, a mister system, an LED color changing pool and patio pillar lights, a heated pool that can be used year-round & a fully enclosed backyard.
This 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2,000+ square foot home is located just minutes (south) from Old Town Scottsdale. It is equipped with 60' inch LED smart TV's with Roku cable technology throughout the home. There is a 9-foot pebble-tech pool in the backyard that offers a full LED color changing display.
The master bedroom is located just off of the dining room and is furnished with a KING size bed with an attached full bath. There is also a 60' inch LED Smart TV with Roku cable technology mounted to the wall with a full-motion extending arm mount.
The are 3 bedrooms located on the north side of the house that are furnished with Queen size beds, ultra plush comforter's, hotel collection bedding with a shared jack-and-jill full bath. All furniture and bedding is brand new and has tastefully been selected by our interior designer.
For those of you traveling with family or little ones, the 4th bedroom is equipped with bunk beds (Top Bunk is a Twin & Bottom Bunk is a Full). This room is located just off of the dining area.
THE BACKYARD IS WHERE ALL THE ACTION IS!
Kick your feet up and join your friends for a cold one at the outdoor covered patio table, or settle in and get cozy under the pergola around the fire pit. Be sure to help yourself to some BBQing on the propane grill or throw on some SPF and catch some much needed rays on the pool lounge chairs anywhere alongside the 10 foot swimming pool. For those of you who love some friendly competition feel free to try your luck at some complementary Corn Hole (Bags), and closeout the night with a nice relaxing soak in the 6-seater hot tub.
This home is all yours. All guests and vacation renters will have complete access to the rental property. All we ask is that you please keep out of the Owners Closet located at the end of the hallway.

The neighborhood is quiet, cozy and safe. The property is tucked away behind any major streets or intersections. It is located on the northeast corner of Hayden Road & McDowell Road (major cross streets). You are within arms reach of everything and have instant access to the Loop 101 gaining you immediate access to the valley.
* Uber & Lyft will be your new best friend. Feel free to rent a car but please know that you are roughly 15 minutes away from anything and everywhere you want to be.
* POOL HEATING FEE: The pool may be heated UPON REQUEST and PRIOR to the guests arrival in order to cover the costs to heat the pool. There will be a charge of $75 per day from October through April. We cannot heat the pool for individual or specific days during a guests reservation (it is an all or nothing). The pool will be heated to a comfortable 80 - 82 degrees.
* POOL HEATING DISCLAIMER: Electric heat pumps are designed to function efficiently when the ambient outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees. However, when the temperature drops below this threshold, the heat pumps automatically shut off to conserve energy and prevent overheating. As soon as the temperature rises above 50 degrees, the system will resume heating the pool to the desired temperature of 80-82 degrees, working continuously to maintain comfort for our guests.
* PROPANE TANK FEE: There will be an additional charge of $35 per propane tank. These tanks can be utilized for both the BBQ grill and fire pit. All propane tanks will be available and accessible upon request.
* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).
* REQUIRED STATE VERBIAGE: All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

HOUSE RULES & CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
* QUIET HOURS: The City of Scottsdale enforces a strict policy of quiet hours starting as early at 10 PM. Please be respectful of the neighbors by not having any large gatherings in the backyard past 12 AM (midnight). Any violation received by Scottsdale PD, the booking AirBnB guest will be held personally responsible for paying any fines incurred.

* Please be sure to shut and lock ALL DOORS throughout the entire property prior to departing. These doors will include:
- Guest Bedroom French Doors,
- Laundry Room Door
- Back Patio Doors (x2)
- Front Door
* TRASH & RECYCLING PICKUP DAY: Trash gets picked up every MONDAY & the Recyclable get picked up every FRIDAY bright & early - so please be sure to wheel it out to the edge of the driveway the night before. Both the Trash can & Recyclable are located in the front driveway closest to the side gate.
* Please make sure the PATIO SIDE GATE is UNLOCKED so our pool guy can have access.
* Strip all beds of any dirty sheets, pillowcases, used linens and place them inside of the washing machine prior to vacating the premises.
* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind inside of the home (Back patio ONLY). Please be sure to pick up your cigarette butts after yourselves. A $250 Penalty Fee can and will be enforced.
* There is absolutely NO DECORATING allowed at the rental property. This will include but not limited too: confetti, pin tacks, tape, and streamers. In the event we find any of these items at time of checkout a $300 fine will be incurred.
* Empty fridge of all personal items or leftover food.
* Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
* Be mindful and careful of the furniture & furnishings.
* * * Please Note: This property is guarded by NEST Security Cam. There is a camera located at the front door window facing the main entryway and another in the backyard facing the pergola and fire pit area. These cameras are motion & sound activated.
POOL & HOT TUB DISCLAIMER:
* Guests acknowledge that children and/or handicapped individuals should NOT be left unattended near or around the pool area. Guests acknowledges the inherent risk in swimming or playing around the pool area and hereby assumes any & all responsibility.
POOL EQUIPMENT DISCLAIMER:
* For your safety and to ensure the proper functioning of our pool facilities, please DO NOT touch, remove, or tamper with ANY pool equipment. This includes, but is not limited to: Pool Vacuum, Pool Heat Pump, Variable Speed Pump, Pool Hoses, Pressure Valves, and or Water Features. Unauthorized interaction with pool equipment can result in damage, safety hazards, and disruption of pool operations. Guests will be held accountable and financially responsible in the event these rules are breached or violated.
