Welcome to your Desert Oasis -Fun In the Sun!!This 4 bedroom 2 bath vacation rental that is conveniently located in the neighborhood in GILBERT AZ, sleeps 10 adults or 12 with children. Here you will find all you need to create a relaxing vacation in the sun. Enjoy your private sprawling backyard oasis complete with a pool, spa, fire pit and covered patio. Outdoor living at its best. This spacious residence provides a great space for spending time with friends or family is located minutes away from fantastic dining, golf courses, Top Golf, shopping, hiking and SO much more.
The home has new upgrades well appointed throughout. The living area is comfortably arranged to view the smart TV and relax . The kitchen is fully stocked and lots of extras. It has 2 dining areas 1 table sits 8 guest and the other table sits 5 and the kitchen island sits 3 for informal or formal gatherings.

* Bedroom 1: Primary with king sized bed, high ceilings, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with shower and tub. Robes are provided for guest use.
* Bedroom 2: Double sized bed. Also has a portable fan.
* Bedroom 3: Queen sized bed and Ceiling fan.
* Bedroom 4: Double sized bed, high ceiling, small smart tv, and ceiling fan.
* Bathrooms: 1 en-suite in Primary and 1 guest bathroom
* Fully stocked Kitchen includes- Pots and pans, bowl, keurig, k-pods, drip coffee pot, coffee, tea and so many spices and condiments.
* Living area: a Queen sized pull out bed, high ceiling, ceiling fan, a two seater pull out couch.
* Laundry room:- Washer and dryer for your convenience soap provided.
* OPTIONAL Heated spa (For an additional charge of $25 per day)
* To heat pool $50 a day( It uses much much more propane to heat)

***The home is plumbed with softened water and reverse osmosis for drinking. We are located next to a busy Val Vista rd so sometimes during the day it can get noisy.

An easy place to stay
We have stayed in other vacation homes. This was an exceptional place as there were all the things you needed right away. Coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, condiments. It was a pleasure not to have to run to the store right away. The hot tub was a hit as was the fire pit. It was a little noisey but easily forgotten. The media worked and we had no problems. Lovely place well worth a stay...

Great property!
Great location, very nice property. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars across the board is because we didn’t have enough blankets and there were no trash bags other than the one in the can on arrival🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanksgiving in AZ
Amazing property. The best stocked house we have ever stayed in. They have considered and provided just about everything. We loved the pool and all the different seating areas. We hosted family for Thanksgiving dinner and had ample space for all. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Amazing house, lovely pool, nice outdoor lanai for eating/games/television. Used this to base adventures into the Superstition Wilderness and beyond. We will come back!

Fun in the Arizona Sun
This was a great home and property! The kitchen was the best stocked of any VRBO we have rented. The pool and patio are very inviting and beautifully kept. The manager was so helpful and accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will try to stay here in the future if it’s available!!! Thank you!

Arizona Getaway
A small group of us got together over the Labor Day Holiday for a mini Bachelorette weekend. We are not the rowdy type and the property was perfect from size, cuteness, and accessibility to the surrounding area. Plus, given the neighborhood aspect, it was nice to be able to sleep in quiet area. I had questions here and there, and Dani was very responsive and kind. I highly recommend this stay!

Your own private resort, so many amenities ities
Beautiful property inside and out. Furniture and decor all top notch., kitchen fully stocked. Outside oasis also with top quality comfortable seating with options of both shade and sun. Dani our host was a pleasure to work with.

This property was very clean and well equipped for a family. The host was very responsive pre and during visit. Kitchen was stocked with oil, spices, paper towels, etc. Backyard was great for games!

Long weekend trip for soccer
The house was beautiful and Dani was great to work with. Location is central to shops and dining, as well as beautiful park with a lake, sports fields and playgrounds. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and decorated beautifully. Would definitely stay again!!

Stayed for a month!
We loved the layout of this house, awesome patio and pool area, fully stocked kitchen and pantry. With staying for a month, a great kitchen with all the necessary utensils , etc was a must. We had everything we needed along with a great gas grill on the patio. The covered patio is great the mornings or later in the day for reading a book or just relaxing. And of course, if you want to catch some rays, the poolside area has plenty of lawn games, lounge chairs and towels for your comfort. We had some minor issues, but owner Dani was very responsive in resolving them. The location of this house is in a nice neighborhood, but the rear of the property faces a busy and noisy street. All in all we had a pretty great trip.

Winter Escape
This was a beautiful property with a lot of extras. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio with the fire piT and grill. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub weren’t working so we couldn’t use them due to the cold pool water. Communication was good with Dani and she did all she could to try and get it working but she couldn’t during our stay. She did refund some of our payment due to pool not working. Overall we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful clean home
Had a very nice stay here. Clean and pretty inside. Nice yard was fun for the family. Was expecting two double bunk beds, there’s actually just one. Backyard is next to busy street so there is traffic noise but having the wall there is nice. Love the back patio!
