The large master's bedroom includes a queen bad, flat-screen HD TV with fire stick/streaming, private bath with tub and shower. The second guest room includes full bed. ALL utilities are provided.
All bathrooms are nicely decorated and include fresh towels, hand soap, and tp.

Kitchen area is decked out with sleek appliances and a four-person table. Kitchen appliances include refridge/freezer with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave and dish washer. Toaster, crock pot, instant pot, air fryer, Kurig, Nutribullet blender, plates, dishes, pans, serving trays, tupperware, plastic wrap, paper towels, hand towels, pitchers, can opener, bottle opener and all the accessories you would need.
The living area has plush, comfortable couches around a large flat-screen with Amazon Firestick/streaming access.
The entire house is stylishly decorated with new sheets, pillows and bed spreads in every bedroom!
Enjoy the warm temperatures and sunshine while grilling out using the gas grill or enjoy a drink on the patio. This home is also located directly to grassy area that can be used for, laying in the sun, yard games, water fights, a few drinks before heading out to the Big Game. If you have children, this is a great are for them to play as you can still see them from the living room windows or back yard.
For your comfort and enjoyment, our home is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and also includes a upstairs laundry room with washer, dryer, detergents, basic cleaning supplies, iron, and ironing board for your everyday needs.
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood of Camelback Ranch, surrounded by large green landscaping, 5 minutes away from the Westgate shopping/dinning/going out area (which includes a popular venue for concerts and NHL Cayotes hockey games), and the Cardinals (University of Phoenix) Stadium--a mere $10 uber ride each way. The house is located directly across from the Camelback Ranch Spring Training facility that hosts the LA Dodgers and the White Soxwithin(a 5 minute walk). 15 minutes of the major league baseball spring training facility (Peoria Sports Complex) for the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners. It is an ideal location, close to golf courses, Arrowhead and Westgate shopping malls, quick access to 101 Loop Freeway, 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and 45 minutes or less to any Phoenix-area spring training baseball team.
