"A estadia foi feita por mim, João Paulo David de Sanson, sozinho, marido da Luciana Repsold.
Dois aspectos são contundentes:
1) o prédio é muito antigo, as paredes internas não são de alvenaria: tudo se escuta do quarto ao lado ou corredor, televisão, conversas, e o que mais se pensar, é insuportável, e lógico tive que mudar de quarto, o que não adiantou muito;
2) nas redondezas não existe outro ponto de encontro para os moradores de Exeter que gostam de comer e beber à noite;

"I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites and have enjoyed it every time I have visited Exeter. We have been very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and the proximity to quite a few great restaurants and attractions. (It is only 15 minutes from the beach)! The hot breakfast selection was also very good. The only downside was that the business center was temporarily not available due to renovations this trip.

"The accommodation is located in a charming historic building in a great vibrant village-like town. The interior space has a mid mod vibe, and is spacious, and easy to use. Had a nice dinner, as recommended, a nice walk to the waterfront and a nice ice cream. Pretty perfect! "

"To tell you the truth I didn’t want to stay at an i have had bad experiences at a few inns in the past. But the Martin Inn has changed my mind from the gardens to the room the Martin inn is far above any inn I have stayed at in the past and it is not that far of a walk from downtown Portsmouth. The Martin inn has off street parking in the back as you walk to your room you go through a wonderfully kept garden which made my wife jealous. Which we spend a little while in on our last night there. I...
"Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. "

"The desk, kitchen, and cleaning staff are wonderful, courteous people.
The hotel is located next to a trucking company which is noisy at night.
There was a strong sewer odor in the room when we walked in on the second day after being away all day. We opened the windows and cleared it out. There is a plumbing vent problem which should be looked at.
