"Wow! This house truly captured our imagination! After spending time in Rome and Assisi, my husband found this gem for our family to have a few days to reflect on everything we had seen before heading home. After renting two cars at the Perugia airport, we drove to the house and picked up groceries at a supermarket along the way. The house is on a hill with incredible views of the valley below, with peace and quiet all around. Flavio and his wife were incredible hosts! It was drizzling when...

"The property is a haven of peace off a busy street. Easy to get into the old town by use of the wonderful mini metro that was less than 5 minutes walk away. Also walking distance to the railway station where we also hired a car. Great to have off street parking. The beds were comfortable and the only things we missed were armchairs (the property is not large enough to have a lounge) and some milk and teabags to make a drink on our arrival."
