"This apartment met our every need and expectation. The description is accurate that it is outside of the old town but we were able to walk everywhere and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was clean, modern and the hostess stayed in touch throughout our stay. I would definitely come back."

"We had a wonderful experience! Stephan was there to geet us when we arrived, showing us how everything worked. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook, which we used to eat dinner in a couple of nights, after eating out so much in our travels. Stephan also recommended a pizza place, which was fantastic! The views from the rooftop deck are spectacular, with a wonderful view of Assisi in the distance. Wish we could have stayed longer! Would highly recommend this as a vacation getaway!"

"My wife and I loved our stay here. The flat is wonderful and we talked a lot about how much we loved staying there. The view off the back terrace is gorgeous!Even better than that is the host, Martina. She was very communicative and accommodating. She worked to meet our needs and make sure our stay was as good as it could be.I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Perugia. "I can not say enough about this property and the owner Giuseppe. The place was spotless and exactly as pictured on the site. Very convenient to everything. Giuseppe greeted us upon arrival and even drove us around to show us where the market was and where we could get a quick bite to eat or a coffee. Very pleasant and friendly owner. "We are Australians in Italy for the first time. We enjoyed our week in Perugia. No car so we walked along the country lane to catch a local bus into Centro, and walked uphill to town on several occasions. The artisanal pasticceria which Guiseppe will tell you about was worth multiple visits. Free Illy espresso with each purchase. Guiseppe was quick to respond to our messages and helpful with suggestions. His Gold Card was useful! Too cold for a swim, sadly, as the pool looked very inviting....
