"Great property close to everything the Florida beaches have to offer. Nice amenities and super pool for the kids. House was comfortable and clean. This is a duplex and may have to share backyard with other side if it is rented out. This was not a problem for us, as the first family we shared with was great & then there was someone there for a night who we never saw and then we had it to ourselves the rest of the week. Only comment to improve would be some shade provided by a small awning or roof...

"This property was perfect for us! I will say that my initial reaction to the sliding glass doors being taped up to accommodate the small air conditioner was total shock. It was an eye sore, but didn’t affect our stay and the temp inside was perfect! The host was wonderful! We needed a new beach wagon and it was delivered to us very quickly, put together and was ready to roll! I would totally stay here again!"

"Loved the condo at Longboat Key. It was perfect for our visit to Florida. Angel gave us a little bit earlier check in. We did have a small issue upon arrival, but Angel was very quick to reply and work on getting the situation remedied. We had a very pleasant stay in LBK."

"Nice unit, but a bit difficult without a washer and dryer in the unit and one can easily be put in in the closet of the main bedroom. We asked for more towels and were told they would be coming, but none were delivered. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed and we liked the pool, outdoor patio, and proximity to the pier. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"We will very impressed with this listing. The beach is only a 4 minute walk and it is super close to restaurants and Publix! We didn’t use our cars and loved being able to walk anywhere we needed to go. The pool was amazing for after the beach and the parking situation was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this listing more for a family or girls trip with about 6-7 people. We would 100% stay again and I have also recommended it to family/friends"

"My husband and I stayed here for our Anniversary trip! Cozy was an accurate description for the place, as I felt safe and right at home within minutes. Our unit was a short walk to a beach where we found an abundanceof shells at low tide and a great deal of marine life! The parking for unit was private and the keyless entry was very convenient. "This little gem was perfect for us this weekend. The location is excellent and the property is beautiful. There were a few things that we all complained about. The owner must have access to the air conditioner temperature. We could not lower the temp below 73 degrees so sleeping was very sweaty and uncomfortable. "Overall, we enjoyed this rental but had a few minor issues. Location is nice and quiet and just a few minute walk to the beach. Centrally located making short drives to restaurants, shops, or the grocery store. The pool area is really beautiful; the landscaping is nicely done and pool is very clean. "Good location we had a ok stay. We wanted some rest and were not aware of the new construction behind this home. We were woken every morning at 630 to 7 am by heavy equipment moving dirt. And a beep beep beep all day long even while sitting by pool. I wish they would let you know of this happening so we could have made other arrangements. We learned our lesson and will be asking next time. We know they cant control construction but they can let us know its happening right behind the master...
