"We loved the ease of getting into rental since we did not arrive until after 8pm. So nice to have bedding, towels and even beach towels. Loved the bathroom, Especially the shower. Convenient easy walk to a very nice beach and chairs to use. We loved our relaxing time at AMI exactly what we wanted. Thanks for the beautiful rental. "

"I have beer coming to AMI for many years and love staying in the North end. This house is near everything we love about the area. Walking distance to the beach and short car ride or bike ride to AMI pier, Rod and Reel and all the great shops on Pine St. Pool area was great and my grandchildren spent most of their time out there. Also loved being g on the canal. Great getaway"

"We enjoyed our stay at this house. It had plenty of room for our family (2 parents, 2 kids, 1 grandparent). We loved the pool and outdoor area and the proximity to local restaurants and the beach. Overall it was nice and we’d stay again. Some things to be aware of though, the house is minimally stocked with things like trash bags, dish detergent, toilet paper, no coffee provided, etc so you’ll have to go buy those supplies. I know these aren’t required but they are nice to have. "

"Great communication with Lisa before and during the stay. Location is right beside public beach access as described. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and wagon/cart were provided. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Located a few minute walk away from multiple bars and restaurants. Sufficient parking for 2 normal sized vehicles. Great for 2 couples or a small friend group. If i return to Siesta Key, I would stay here again. "

"The rental is so nice and the pool and outside space are amazing. Just a few blocks from the waterfront for a nice stroll. Conveniently located near Central Ave with lots of restaurants from which to choose. I would only caution for those who can't navigate stairs that the apartment is above the pool and outside space. We were thinking that the entrance was contiguous to the pool space. All that being said, a great getaway for a party of two. If you had friends staying nearby you would...
