"It was a great location and the staff that worked at Midtown was very nice and helpful. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two...

"Although I had stayed at this location before and had an idea of what to expect it was not the conventional hotel having self check in. However parking was always a problem as my "assigned spot" was always taken. Also the bathroom faucets for the tub and shower were not really attached to the wall or very loose. However, they did comp me 2 days due to the inconvenience for my next visit."

"This was great find on short notice. It's right in the heart of South Beach, a short walk to Ocean Dr. and the beach beyond. The property is older and some pieces in the room could use updating but that is also probably why it is so affordable. It was still a very comfortable stay and everything in the room was very clean. "check-in was straightforward and easy, and the space was perfect for my stay. This location is close enough to nightlife without any disturbances. The pool area is also very clean and peaceful. Walking distance to anything you’d desire. The space itself is exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. The host is also quick with communication and happily accommodated me despite my late minute confirmation.would absolutely stay here again."
