"For us 33 Lake Terrace was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautifully designed, the location at the lake is so peaceful and beautiful - simply amazing. On top of this Mr Panduka and the entire staff were exceptional, very discreet but always available and just very nice. "3泊しました！最初の2泊は冷房がないとは知らずで暑くて朝まで寝れずファンも気休めレベル最終日は部屋が空いたので 1000ルピー追加で払ってACのある部屋へ　ファンもめっちゃ回るしなんで快適な！テラス、リビング、キッチン、冷蔵庫は共有水は初日に小さいのを1本くれました^_^ 水売ってます！アメニティは0 タオルは交換すると150ルピーかかります！家族で経営してるのかみなさんとてもフレンドリーでした^_^"

"Hikkaduwa Beach Hotel is located right on the beach, the ocean is just a step away. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The restaurant is open for limited time frames but room service is available throughout the day. Loved the view from our room, to get the sea view you have to book premium sea view. Comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was courteous and helpful. The Wi-Fi was spotty especially during peak usage but the view, the sea, sun and sand make up for it. Food service maybe...

Close to the city center with bus/train stations, banks/ATMs. Turtle beach also very close, we can feed the friendly sea turtles and take photos. Kids friendly beach area. "Das kleine sehr nette Hotel hat eine wirklich super Lage direkt am Meer und zusätzlich noch einen Pool direkt am Meer. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und das Essen ist sehr gut. Zu Fuß erreicht man alles was man braucht, Lokale und Geschäfte. Wir können das Neevana unbedingt empfehlen."

"Heel schoon en comfortabel verblijf. Hele goede wifi, en Airconditioning 2 schone zwembaden mooi aangelegde tuin. Op korte loopafstand van de hoofdweg met veel restaurants. Ontbijt beschikbaar en op zich goed.. maar traag gereserveerd en verkeerde volgorde. Eerst Fruit dan na 10 minuten het Ei, dan na 10 minuten de toast en de koffie en fruitsap pas na 40 minuten... Maar zou er zo weer terug keren... prima."

" This is typical old Hotel. The building is old and the technology (water, electricity ) is old, but all works. Situation in the city is excellent; near centrum, on the beach. Good bed to sleep and the sound of waves is soothing. Good beakfast and the limits from food allergy were well taken into account. And also very early mornig breakfast when needed was possible. We liked. "

"予約完了後、数時間でホテル側から「設備の破損があり修理に4〜5日掛かる。キャンセルしてくれ」とのメールが来た。この時点でキャンセル料が100%掛かる時間帯。こちらからキャンセル手続きをすると宿泊代が戻らないかもしれないと考えてそのままにしておき東京の窓口に電話。何度かけても時間を変えて掛けても日にちを変えて掛けても繋がらない。祝日で休みだったのかもしれないが旅先で問い合わせ窓口に電話が全然繋がらないのはとても困る。当日、直接ホテルに出向くが看板が無く分かりにくい。やっと見つけたら開いていない。誰もいない。隣のアパートにオーナーか従業員が居たので事情を聞くと、彼らからキャンセル手続きはした。彼らにもサイト側からの返信が無いとのこと。最終的に数日が経過して代金の払い戻しのメールが届いた。窓越しに眺めた部屋はサイトの紹介通り良さそうな感じだったので泊まれなかったのは残念だ。入口の階段に多数の野良犬の糞が落ちていたのはいただけない。また同じ地域に行くことがあれば今度は泊まって評価を出したいと思う。"
