Serenade by the Sea is nestled in Sunnyside Beach. Sunnyside is a hidden gem that has a more residential feel than the rest of the Emerald Coast. It is hidden away from the bumper-to-bumper traffic along 30a, Destin, and PCB. On Sunnyside Beach, there are no McMansions allowed right on the beachfront, meaning that you have access to an entire "Old Florida" beach that still has footpaths through the native dune vegetation and sea oats.

All guests will be asked to provide their email, and Sunset Luxury Properties will email you the Reservation Confirmation, which contains a link to our Rental Agreement. The agreement must be e-signed within 72 hours of receiving your Reservation Confirmation.
You will receive your check-in email, which contains the address, door code, WiFi information, etc., 3 days before your arrival.

**Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

1) Travel protection is NOT included in our quotes but can be purchased during checkout or by calling us directly.
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX only.
3) POOL can be HEATED for an additional COST.
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction.
5) MUST be 25 years of age. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental Period.
